「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「My husband and I have just spent three nights at the Saucy Willow Inn, it was absolutely wonderful. The location is beautiful, the house is stunning and the welcome is second to none. Stephanie & Dave are extremely warm & welcoming hosts, very professional with a great eye for detail, nothing is too much trouble. We would have no hesitation in recommending this exceptional hotel to our family and friends and we look forward to returning for more rest and relaxation soon.」
