「Great house in a great location!」

「pretty good. Bed was comfortable, room was small and cozy. Lots of hot water! The only "bad" thing was there was no way to turn the heat up at night. The radiator in the room was on but it did get a little chilly and there were no extra blankets. All things considered, I would absolutely stay there again!」

「Love how close to the casino it was! 」

「We really enjoyed our stay! Centrally located and right off the main drag. Check-in was a little slow due to some technical difficulties, but the attendant was very apologetic. The parking lot was full so we had to park in the overflow, which was ok considering it was a 2 min walk from the hotel. Room was clean and perfect for our pup. Thank you Champlain Hotel!」

「Overall the house and property were beautiful. The only reason I give it a four star is because the bbq does not work very well. In the summer that is an essential amenity for food preparation. A couple of the guys also said there was body hair in the beds. Maybe the sheets weren’t changed?? Everything else was perfect. Communication with property management was excellent!」

「We always stay at Lagoon City when ice fishing. The food is great, staff is so helpful. Our room was nice and there were extra blankets. Our kid slept on the sofa bed which was ready and comfy. We’ll be back next year! Oh and maybe for perch in the spring too. :)」

「The view was mesmerizing, it reminded me of my home country. Best place to relax on vacations. Walkable restaurants around 6-7 mins with different cuisine. Will be back definitely soon.」

「Nice, affordable place to stay. Very simple, but perfect for what we needed. Our room looked like they have started upgrading some of the furniture. Breakfast consists of toast, bagels, yogurt and coffee, which was perfect for our family, as we are not heavy eaters in the morning. Will be back next year.」

「First of all the pictures of the room is not what it actually looks like . We booked a 2 double beds when we got there we were told there wasn’t any . The bathroom had hair all over it there was bugs , spider webs . The sheets were stained . Room smelled like cigarettes. Couldn’t even stay there the night room didn’t even lock properly. Very disappointed with everything at that hotel . Won’t ever stay there or suggest it to someone in the future. 」
