「Amazing customer service i left few belongings and was given a call immediately by the reception lady the belongings were valuables which could have been easily lost or stolen but i really appreciate the house keeping staff and reception lady.Amazing job you guys thank you.!!!」

「I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. The staff went over and above for us. We had 2 babies and a tonne of bags and a big heavy cooler to bring to the 2nd floor (no elevator) the lady at the desk immediately said she would help bring our bags up. A young house cleaner helped as well. At breakfast, the sausage and eggs were cooked to perfection and they even served fresh baked blueberry muffins….FRESH….STILL HOT. 「This is our second time to stay in this hotel for vacation. Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good place to stay in Orillia. You can feel like a home once you step in this hotel. 「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund.
