「Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.」

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「Just there for one night but found everything good. Our room toilet kept running off amd on with water. Shower could be updated due to possible mold or just old in corners.」

「Really decent and big room, close to lots of shopping. Staff were very friendly. If we need to stay in Orillia again this will be the hotel.」
