「I had a very good and quiet sleep with lots of nice pillows and a very clean bed, as well as a clean room and towels. Checking in was easy with messages arriving in a timely way for how to use the pin to unlock the door. The lamps in the room had outlets to plug in my phone charger and I loved the retro fridge and microwave. The bathroom was spotless and the towels smelled clean and fresh. The only thing I would’ve appreciated is a blow dryer in the bathroom as the one I brought stopped working....

「The first room we were given had a smell an the jacuzzi tub had black mold under the handles and in the plug an jets The window in the room was dirty. The second room they gave us to make up for the first room was nice and for the most part that we could tell was clean. They did not reimburse us for the room but gave us two 10 doller Tim Hortons cards and an apology. Overall, the people were nice and helpful, but they were lacking in cleanliness when it came to the room. I would still...

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.」
