「The room we stayed in was not very clean. The windows (interior) were filthy and have clearly not been cleaned in some time. The tub also had not received a proper cleaning for some time. The rooms claimed to be “newly renovated “ but judge by the buildup in and around the tub it’s been several years. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」
