「The roof top pool was amazing! The pull out couch needs to be replaced though. Security was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel stayed in touch with us right to check-in, to ensure all went smoothly. Very fast check-in. Starbucks right near entrance and Roger’s/CN right across the street.」

「房間的門鎖是壞的，無法上鎖，就算更換了另外一個房間，門鎖仍然是壞的，他們兩次安排技術人員前來修理兩個房間的門鎖，說是「結構性問題」無法修理。幸好我們有經驗的旅客，我們能夠自行在房門安裝警報器，否則房間不能上鎖如何能夠安心睡覺呢？酒店的接待員，職員，全部十分友善，點讚。可是酒店本身有「結構性問題」待解決。The lock on the room was out of order and could not be locked.
