「We had such a fantastic stay. Our room was very clean and the design of the hotel and room is modern. The entire staff were attentive and greeted us everytime they saw us. We especially enjoyed the choices at the free breakfast. So yummy! The hotel is perfectly located and in walking distance of the activities we had planned. Overall, our experience was wonderful and we had a great time.」

「Excellent location just across CN Tower. Booked a Panoramic Bedroom. Room condition not in good shape as toaster, range hood, main door and main toilet door was broken at check-in. Responsible staffs with turnaround of 1-2 days. But main disappointment in refrigerator breakdown on 3rd day and was not fixed until day of departure, causing a number of food that rottened and needed to be disposed.
