「We stayed in a family suite on the 28th floor which was provided with a laundry to the residence for the same floor. It was perfect to us, as a family of five, we have a lot of clothes to take care of. More, the room has a beautiful city and harbor view as we look out of the windows. The hotel staffs always greets with happy smiles, and the breakfast buffet offers a great range of quality food. We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. 」

「Excellent location just across CN Tower. Booked a Panoramic Bedroom. Room condition not in good shape as toaster, range hood, main door and main toilet door was broken at check-in. Responsible staffs with turnaround of 1-2 days. But main disappointment in refrigerator breakdown on 3rd day and was not fixed until day of departure, causing a number of food that rottened and needed to be disposed. I guess the staff should ensure apartment is in good condition before renting it out to ensure a...
