As soon as you make your reservation, you’ll receive a message requesting to send them a picture of your government issued photo ID (via text or email) and pay the security deposit. We received 1 set of keys and a key fob for the building. The parking garage is metered. Our room was on the 47th floor and had beautiful views of the city. "

The location was perfect as we were able to walk everywhere we had planned to go on our holiday. Scotiabank Arena, Eaton Centre, St. Lawrence Market, etc. all within 10 min walk! The suite was very clean with a great view of the city and we loved having the small kitchen. We will definitely be staying again. "
