「Room is average. However, I was disappointed with their shuttle bus service. They asked me to request the shuttle bus after I arrived at the airport which should arrive in 15 mins. I did accordingly. However, the bus did not come. I called 3 times to confirm their bus was coming to pick up but ended up with me waiting for the bus for 45 mins in the cold winds. Finally, I took a taxi. Terrible. 」

「Close to the airport. I was booked to stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites but they sent yet another email telling me they were unable to give the room to me and I was going to stay at the Crowne Plaza. This has happened to me multiple times when I book at Fairfield and I am getting tired of it. Crowne Plaza and other places are fine but I prefer Fairfield.
