"I have no major complaints. It is a very convenient location and very much a decent hotel. Very nice inside and in the rooms. My only critiques would be after hanging a clean my room later sign on our door to sleep a little later our room wasn't cleaned at all. That said it was only a 2 night stay so we didn't really need much cleaned, however a restock of some of the room items would have been nice. Also, you pay $35 per night for covered parking which isn't unreasonable given the location, however there was some kind of concrete drilling happening in the underground parking and my car got covered in concrete dust. So it's a $20 car wash to get it off on top of the parking fee. I did mention this to the front desk and it was more or less shrugged off. I'm not trying to make this sound like a place to not stay. As I said these are minor critiques. Overall a very nice place to stay in downtown Toronto and I would definitely stay again."
