We wanted to check in early but was told there was a $45 early check in fee and our room was ready. We only wanted to drop OFF our suitcases. Not very good PR. 「No complaints about my stay! I went for a staycation for a night with my 4 year old son and it was perfect. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and clean with a really comfortable bed. Having access to a pool was great. I didn’t use it but the gym looked well equipped too.
