「The room was nice, modern, clean and the AC worked well. The staff were polite and allowed us to check in a little early so we could get ready for our event. 」

No one check on us on till the last 30 minutes before we checked out that’s was not good.it was hard to take a shower because the shower door kept coming off the groove that was very dangerous for me and my 11 year old son the door fall on him and I had to fight to get it back in the groove they need to do something about that over all it was just okay ..」

I do want to mention the staff were very friendly, and the employee working that evening was doing her best to help everyone while managing the front desk alone. When I arrived, the room was warm so I turned on the A/C and left for dinner. When I returned, the room was 30°C. The front desk reset the breakers and offered a fan but the room only got hotter. 「I booked this hotel with breakfast for out of town grieving guests with breakfast included hoping to make their stay easier. They were told at checkin that it was not included. Subsequently after some stress at a time we didn’t need it, plus conversations the staff realized their error but by then it was already upsetting for me and my guests. Just one more thing we didn’t need for a $300+ hotel night in Oshawa. Do better with the next folks.」

「Unit was clean, area very quiet. Stayed for 4 days. Staff visible and accessible daily. Property Manager made a point of meeting with us to ensure all was well. Room was quite good and had a decent view from the second floor walk-around. Unfortunately, the only restaurant within walking distance had been closed out of business. Found nothing else within easy walking distance but that also made the area very quiet. I would stay there again in the future.」
