No gym, the pool has not had water in it in at least three years. The elevator was out of service for at least three days, the breakfast was a joke poor selection and tasteless. the drapes were full of holes, the shower head leaked the parking life was full of ice, the maintenance guy was smoking at the back door and i smelled like smoke all day. the television had constant interference. i have stayed a few time over the last year and nothing has changed. Stay somewhere else!!

The room was tired, but clean and comfy! Biggest issue was there was a kids hockey team also staying in the same area of the hotel as us. They were cooking marshmallows on a hot plat in the hall, and running up and down hallway until 12:30 at night. I asked if we could be moved or if the hotel staff could ask them to keep it down, but nothing ever happened. I think the kids even managed to set off the fire alarm. In the future, I'll be calling to make sure teams aren't staying near me.

The 2 elevators were not working and was given a room on the 3rd floor! Seemed like they have not been operational in a while and I did not see anyone working to fix them the 3 days I was there. With a bad knee it was a painful stay.

This has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. It is in an egregious state of disrepair - stains on the carpet, scratches on furniture, everything is falling apart. The ‘breakfast’ was inedible, the pool was out of order. It’s absolutely shameful that they take people’s money for a stay at this hotel.

Our bathroom sink drain was very quick to back up and slow to drain. Our tv could turn on, but channels could not be changed. We had to unplug it to turn it off. The room was clean, but dated. No offensive odour. Only bar soap provided. No shampoo or conditioner. Was good enough for a very brief stay.
