The trip to Halong Bay was very good. Halong is wonderful and amazing. People are very nice and very kind. Ms Cenlina is very good arrangement trip to Halong bay, especially her offered us very good price for the 5 star cruise which we really enjoyed our stay on the Bay.

It was in the heart of the old quarter so location was excellent. So many restaurants just outside the front door...highly recommend Met Restaurant. I didn't expect such an amazing experience....welcome drink and cold cloth on arrival. Not to mention a sweet treat in our room and a fruit basket! Also got a small parting gift when checking out...whaaat! So wish I could have stayed longer as I didn't get time to use the pool. The bar was great. Such an amazing view and the next hotel had a live band on the rooftop we got to enjoy . I would definitely return.

Nothing was too much trouble, and their friendliness, professionalism and genuine care made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful — stylish, comfortable and in a fantastic location for exploring Hanoi. Everything was just perfect, and the attention to detail really stood out.
