「A good stay however there was a strong room deodorizer used that I found too much. Staff were friendly and room was comfortable.」

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「Staff isn't helpfull when asking directions to bathrooms and or rooms inside the hotel. Wallpaper falling down in the hallways and in the rooms bathroom doors get stuck hard to open and close. Been there 2 times both time hot tub closed. No notice, no heads up no apologies no compensation. The whole reason we stay is for the pool and the hottub for our special needs daughter」
