Bed was comfortable, everything was fine. Two (minor) complaints: no elevator (bad back and knees made this a big deal) and only 1 mirror in the room, at the bathroom vanity. As someone who wears glasses, this made it impossible to apply makeup appropriately, and no way to check final appearance before leaving for our event. Again - minor, but irritating.

Room was very small. Looked nothing like the pictures. The bed felt very small, I suspect a double, not a queen. Our room was not in a good location - right on the busy street. If you stay there, I recommend the main building, not the smaller building next door. Fine for 1 night stay. Great Location.

The room was a little cramped, but sufficient. I was pleasantly surprised by the kitchenette and available cookware, but annoyed at the lack of actual dinnerware (plates, etc). There was no fan in the bathroom (not ideal for hot showers), but the bathroom was clean and nicely appointed. The beds were comfortable and had nice quality pillows. Overall, it was a cost-effective option for a couple of days, and met most of our needs.

Everything was good. The staff were friendly. The iron worked nicely and was easy to use. I slept in comfort. I forgot my lunch in the fridge, and came back after having checked out and they let me in to the room to retrieve my lunch. Would cheerfully recommend.
