「It has a perfect location next to the waterfront and Union Train Station with a stunning view of CN tower. There is also supermarket in the corner. The contact with the host is also efficient. However, the toilet was situated right between the bedroom and another corner with a bed. Therefore, we had to cross the beds everytime when we went to toliet which is very inconvenient.」

「This is a budget suite but the services and facilities are comparable to the 5 star hotels, For the rooms are big and there's even a dining room for breakfast plus good foods nearby. 「Excellent location and clean space. Communication was great. We went to Toronto to see some baseball and the location was perfect, walking distance to the games and lots of places to eat and see. It was great to have parking available also. Would definitely stay there again.」

「To save cost, the service provider decides to wash the bed cover, sheets and towels right at the checked out hotel room. This obviously prolonged the cleaning process. When we finally got in, the extra sheets and covers were thrown on the rack in the closet, unfolded. The biggest problem is the dishwasher. It was broken, and full of uncleaned dishes. Open the dishwasher and it smells. Nobody has informed us about this and nothing has been done to address this issue. There was no tissues...

「Very safe and clean building 」

「Excellent location just across CN Tower. Booked a Panoramic Bedroom. Room condition not in good shape as toaster, range hood, main door and main toilet door was broken at check-in. Responsible staffs with turnaround of 1-2 days. But main disappointment in refrigerator breakdown on 3rd day and was not fixed until day of departure, causing a number of food that rottened and needed to be disposed.
