「This is a very cozy place!」

「A very clean space, prompt customer service」

「We had a great stay! Check-in and check-out were smooth, and communication with the host was excellent. The host was also very accommodating and flexible when we couldn’t check in at the scheduled time. The unit was clean, smelled fresh, and had everything we needed, including shampoo, conditioner, towels, and a full set of appliances. 「We really liked the location and unit but there are 3 things I strongly suggest they fix- ones that prevent me from going back. 1) the beds - you need to rotate them regularly they sag. 2) the curtains- it’s impossible to sleep in and we had people with us that require rest for health issues 3) you had pictures of leather couches facing the tv . You had old sagging sectional sofas in there - terrible to sit on we all sat on the floor it was more comfortable. Your kitchen set up was great !...

「Location was awesome.」

「洗衣機烘衣機很方便，whatsapp客服回覆速度很快。空間不算大，電梯要稍微等一下。需線上付押金，不過一退房就退款了，值得稱讚。離超市蠻近的，地鐵站也不遠，房間設施完善。」

「Host answered all my questions quickly. Nice / Quiet area. Perfect little apartment, loved the patio.」

After a long 20-hour drive from the United States via Montreal, I arrived expecting a clean and comfortable accommodation. Unfortunately, the reality fell far short of the online presentation, and the overall...
