Responsible staffs with turnaround of 1-2 days. But main disappointment in refrigerator breakdown on 3rd day and was not fixed until day of departure, causing a number of food that rottened and needed to be disposed. 「Property is pet friendly, staff were great they respond in a timely manner, we were so anxious for our cabin because of the previous reviews that it was smelly, but when we got there it was perfect, no smells at all. Great views of the lake in front, moorehaven cabin has sunroom with screen perfect for summer safe from mosqhito bites! Highly recommended.」

「It has a perfect location next to the waterfront and Union Train Station with a stunning view of CN tower. There is also supermarket in the corner. The contact with the host is also efficient. However, the toilet was situated right between the bedroom and another corner with a bed. Therefore, we had to cross the beds everytime when we went to toliet which is very inconvenient.」
