location is difficult to find. the address needs to be updated. had ended up at a different address with same name. called and gave me proper directions stating this happens all the time. great amenities, however and very close to vetta spa and ski hills. Kitchen was well stocked.

It was a great place and we really enjoyed our time. Our only concern was that when the door handle on the unit was push down it opened even if it locked which worried us for our curious toddles. Maybe adding in an additional lock at the top or something to stop the door from opening/unlocking when pulled down. Aside from that 10/10. See you next winter!

The room was larger then expected, the jacuzzi tub was very clean, the fire place was a lovely touch, the kitchen was great as well. Well stocked with kitchen and cooking supplies. If you are bringing your own coffee bring coffee filters, and also bring salt and pepper If youre doing any cooking. Lots of towels, the bed was comfy and good pillows. All in all an excellent stay. The indoor pool was great too! We came during off season and it was the best, barely anyone there.

we love the location. we've stayed here multiple times when we go to Vetta spa. it's right across the street from Vetta spa. it has a huge pool and hot tub. the staff is very kind and friendly. the room is spacious yet cozy, and we love watching the skier's from our balcony. great place to stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights for quick weekend getaway with my family. Our room was well equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, stocked with cutlery, toaster, kettle, microwave and a blender. The room itself although clean was dated. My kids slept on the sofa bed but the mattress was slanted and seemed worn out. The TV was also unusually small and could use an update. The pool & hot tub were well kept.

Your staff named “Sarà” was entirely unprofessional and not friendly. I checked out this morning, I asked for my printed invoice & payment receipt … she said I will è-mail it to you today. She never did! She would not give me a printed copy. She left at 4:00 pm with no instructions to send my invoice to me. I had to call and spoke to Mia and she sent it in 3 seconds. Why is Sarah the manager?? I would not hire her in my establishment.

Great location. Have stayed here 10+ times but service is sadly declining. Disappointed to see a new charge to use unit laundry. For 8 adults over 3 days we did not have adequate dish soap or bedding or towels. We had to request these items. Dirty bedding/food in sofa bed. Furnishings damaged. Desk staff appeared annoyed at request for early check in. Just not as cheery and well-appointed as we have come to expect over the past few years. We still had a great vacation. Love the spacious adjoined unit.

Our unit was very spacious and clean. The bed and pull-out couch were comfortable, and the kitchen had all of the plates, cookware etc that we needed. The interior does need updating as the carpet, furniture and wallpaper are quite dated, but we were definitely comfortable and enjoyed the fireplace and deck. We enjoyed being able to ski right out from beside one of the other units. My kids enjoyed playing in the games room and pool, however the pool and hot tub need to be cleaned (there was mold in both). Overall, the resort was quiet and a great value. We would stay here again.
