「Cozy location and comfortable units.」

「THIS IS A FRAUDULENT LISTING. Don't waste your time and money by booking this property.Unfortuanately I fell into the trap by booking this....got a call from the owner just few hours before the check-in time and was told that someone else has booked the place and my reservation did not go through even though my payment was processed through Expedia. The owner gave some lame excuse and clearly was a cheater. Expedia made an alternative arrangement since they were not able to make contact and was...

「Placed suited our needs. The unit we were assigned is definitely due for some upgrading. I know some units were staged and updated within the complex, the place we had needs some money reinvested into it. 」

「The unit is nice for a family. It’s comfortable. The location is fine. A couple of comments to improve the service: The kitchen utensils and other stuff we not clean. Particularly forks and knives had to be washed before we used them. The drawers have crumbs or something else. Also, we had questions about the facilities but we could not reach the administrators the day before or the day of our arrival The phones are not answered and the AI help does not work. 」

「The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. 」

「This is the perfect little place to stay. Very close to the hills. Very clean. I hope to stay her again in the future. A++」
