Staff was very helpful. Room was fine. Beds comfortable. The heaters were turned off in the room when we checked in and it took 2 hours to reach room temperature. The lighting in the room was horrible bright white LED. Very hard on the eyes and made it impossible to relax.

This was my worst 2 nights in a Travelodge. Ive stayed at multiple, in other areas, all of those ones were a much higher standard. This one is just old and noisy. If you are looking for quiet and rest, DONT STAY HERE! They bombard you with texts about their "quiet time" but NOTHING is quiet. Windows walls and doors all lack soundproofing. You can hear drunk people smoking and carrying on in the parking lot at all hours. People above you, you will hear every foot step. You'll hear people in other rooms and in the hall like you were right beside them. We were woken up by drunk people across the hall at 1:30am and when i finally said something to them theyd woken my whole family. Then 10 mins later someone tried pounding on my door several times, when i went to look, it was one of the drunk people going back across the hall. After 2 am a staff member finally came out to say something and woke up several more people. It was ridiculous. I feel like i brought my kids to stay in a slum except im expected to pay regular hotel prices for it. Absolutely horrible experience.

There were young people in the hall right outside the bedroom yelling and talking loud, dragging something down the hall. It is so disruptive and we never got any sleep. I don't know why management did not hear this. We didn't want to open out door and say something because we figured they were drunk or high on something. Very disappointing.

Rooms were some what renovated. You can tell they just renovated but were selective on what was changed. Sink and shower were very old and damaged. Walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbors very clearly. Breakfast was included but only available until 10am Saturday. Location is great as many restaurants and stores nearby.

There was no parking. With all the snow we had this winter they should have hired a company to come and remove the snow completely from the property. They have 2 wheelchair parking and 1 is taken up with a Fiat that has been buried there probably all winter. Staff was fine. Room was clean, but bedding was bare minimum and very thin.
