Not recommended

The staff did not allow me to store my luggage for a few hours before I could check in. I just had one luggage and the staff said I could just put the luggage in the common area….so I carried the luggage with me for lunch and before I can check in…. We also saw a bug in the room. It’s also very noisy outside every night at around 4pm. Overall I would recommend paying a bit more to stay in other hotels

Only stayed 5 hours as between flights. Had to leave too early so couldn’t avail of breakfast buffet. At 5am they had fresh coffee to go with real milk. This was great but would have been awesome if they some options “to go” at 5:00am, like a muffin or banana! Re shuttle I had to wait about 20-25mins between calling hotel and getting shuttle from airport to hotel. This is reasonable but because of jet lag, if doing it again, I’d probably get an uber instead. Together that would still be worth it for the hotel price. I could book the morning shuttle to airport once checked in. I didn’t have that option when i prepaid for room. Guessing that’s similar to most hotels. Would I stay there again? Yes

Huge party of approximately 30 people in the lobby until 4am. Swearing, drinking, and causing a disturbance. Worst I’ve ever seen/heard. Staff did nothing to stop the party as it was disturbing me as well as other guests. Staff didn’t even comp my room after several attempts to make contact with them. I will not be back.

I wouldn’t stay here again. Better hotels around the area for the same price. Super rundown building. Checked in around 11:00pm. Staff didn’t even say hi. Seemed miserable and staring at computers. The guy helping me just said ‘ID and credit card’ no pleasantries. I asked about parking. He said there’s more parking around back. I asked if it was safe to walk back there at night and if I could get in from the back. Another guy chimed in almost condescendingly ‘maam our property is safe and we have cameras’ I was able to find a spot in the back. No issues there. The building is super rundown. Felt like some sort of old college dorms. My room was very basic. There were stains on the bathroom walls. The bathroom sink stank. Super cheap toiletries, or non. Just had the ick the whole time. One good thing was the nice woman running the breakfast in the morning.

The best thing I can say about this hotel is that the staff is very friendly and responsive. The hotel is very old, outdated and run down. Guests were obnoxious and disrespectful - loud all night, arguing in the hallway, and leaving large amounts of trash and beer cans strewn throughout the entire length of the hall.

We really enjoyed our stay. We left before the breakfast was served. The staff are lovely and helpful. Room was clean and warm. Coffee was available 24/7 and much appreciated. Lobby was clean and shuttle was on time. Definitely will stay again. Thank you to the great staff

We enjoyed our two nights here. The buffet breakfast was definitely the highlight. Probably the best hotel sausages I've ever had. Everything else was just OK. Lots of parking, yet still hard to find a decent spot, and I was surprised I had to present a physical card for the damage deposit. I feel like more people are using their phones to pay these days. The place definitely needs some modernizing.

The place was breaking apart! From the broken front sliding door that needed to manually be slid open and closed to the peeling wallpaper, stained carpet, chipped headboards, broken-off soap tray of the shower, to the holes in the ceiling drywall it felt like very little care was put into the entire building. The first room we were given had hairs in the bed and untucked fitted sheet as if it were not cleaned from the last user. We were given an alternate room without any compensation for our inconvenience. The beds were hard and creaky. The breakfast wasn't terrible (although the scrambled eggs were very salty) they had boiled eggs and a waffle maker station which is always nice. It just seemed to all be missing the "Quality" part of the Quality Inn & Suites. I've stayed at other Quality brand hotels before that were very nice but this experience was an anomaly, I'm sorry to say.
