「I found the room very clean. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable and I slept very well. I had hoped the TV would be a smart TV so I could sign into Netflix or Prime to watch a movie, but it didn't have that capability. I went down to the hotel pool for a swim. The water was much cooler than I had hoped and the water was quite cloudy. Couldn't clearly see the bottom. I wasn't sure if I should get into it because I don't think the chemicals were done properly, but my desire for a swim...

I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「This was the best motor inn I’ve ever stayed. Spacious and clean, checkin was fast and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had so many varieties of food, fresh cereals, muffins and bananas. Close to Bracebridge town and Muskoka Lake. 」
