「We loved the activities for the kids and also the amenities as well. It was a Thanksgiving weekend but we didn't feel that the place was fully booked. The place was quiet and relaxing and it made the kids feel comfortable as well. One added suggestion will be is to add more dining options for the breakfast buffet menu. but overall, I would say that the place is excellent for family trips. 」

「Amazing stay, beautiful hotel and friendly staff! This was the nicest hotel we have stayed at. The front desk attendant (named MD) was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond numerous times. He checked in with us periodically throughout our stay, helped us and had a lovely attitude. The hotel was clean and decorated with high end, cosy furniture. Plenty of parking and situated in a great spot. We will definitely return!」

「This was the best motor inn I’ve ever stayed. Spacious and clean, checkin was fast and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had so many varieties of food, fresh cereals, muffins and bananas. Close to Bracebridge town and Muskoka Lake. 」

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「Location was amazing, close to everything we needed. Very walkable. Rooms were warm and cozy with extra pillows. Staff were kind and helpful. Soon to be a beautiful boutique hotel.some, renovations in progress but nothing that effect are stay. 」
