「Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.」

「Nice modern and clean hotel. Welcomes you in with a really nice lobby. Rooms were very clean and bathroom soaps were amazing! Complimentary breakfast had lots of options (pancakes, eggs, cereals, turkey sausage, toast, bagels, etc.). Pool was clean and lots of fun with the kids. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will be going back the next time we are in Bracebridge. 」

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「We loved the activities for the kids and also the amenities as well. It was a Thanksgiving weekend but we didn't feel that the place was fully booked. The place was quiet and relaxing and it made the kids feel comfortable as well. One added suggestion will be is to add more dining options for the breakfast buffet menu. but overall, I would say that the place is excellent for family trips. 」
