We just stayed 3 nights for new years at Margarita Vacation Getaway Bachelor Suite! We absolutely loved the location as it was close to Vetta Spa and Horseshoe Valley Ski Resort! With all within 5 minute drive was perfect location for us. The condo itself was easy to find and navigate. As you walk in everything is super cozy and clean and feels like home. The bed was so comfy, clean hotel style sheets. The room was very warm and cozy! The kitchenette was perfect for us heating food and storing in the fridge. The bathroom really gave us all inclusive vibes stunning! With this condo it did come with a card to the amenity/recreation centre about a 2 minute walk away. We were so excited about the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, gym and game room upstairs! We loved that it was open till 8pm everyday and yes there were others there but never overwhelmingly busy! We loved our stay and definitely will be booking again. These hosts are the most responsive and so kind, we really appreciated any questions we had we answered almost instantly! Overall was the most perfect spot for winter getaway! Thanks again Benjamin and Margarita see you soon!!!!

Nice location nestled in the Horseshoe valley ski area. Close to outdoor activities, trails, and shopping. The condo has a wonderfully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, whirlpool jetted tub, and cozy fireplace. The indoor/ outdoor pool and sauna was perfect for our mid-winter getaway! Our host was very responsive in our communications. Highly recommend this stay!

A great little studio

The studio apartment is in a lovely complex - beautiful in the fall with the changing leaves and a nice residential type area to walk around in. It’s close to some nice family activities - tree top trekking, horseback riding and I understand there are skiing options nearby in winter. A highlight for me was that it was walking distance to the Vettä Nordic spa. Dining in the area was a bit limited, but I was able to order Uber Eats when I wanted it (from Barrie). The kitchen in the studio is a bit limited for a longer stay - something I wish I’d realized but was no fault of the hosts. What they had would have been sufficient for a shorter stay or someone with limited cooking needs - mini fridge, microwave, toaster, blender and all cutlery. I made it through but would probably have rented their other property in retrospect for my five day stay. The complex is great - good pool and gym area that are easy to access. The outdoor facilities are nice as well - a fire pit and bbq area, and a playground for families. The space itself is a bit dated in terms of decoration and furniture, but it is comfortable and functional. The bed in particular was very comfortable. There was some noise from the neighbours - you can hear when the neighbouring unit come into the joint hallway, which can be a bit disruptive. The owners have put signage up to be mindful but the other guests may or may not adhere. It was manageable during my stay but could bother some folks. Overall a great stay!

Fabulous time- Renewing

I had the very best time. Benjamin and his wife are phenomenal hosts. The place was amazingly clean, I felt extremely safe and welcomed and this suite was so close to all the sites I wanted to check out in my solo getaway. Even in rainy weather, I had a tremendous time. Highly, highly recommend!!!

Clean and cozy property. Great communication from owner. However, pictures showed a jetted tub, larger suite, and rear facing patio (which we later learned were for the larger suite next door also owned by the owners who were fabulous.) I would suggest separating the two property pictures to avoid future confusion.

Above and beyond…………

Benjamin went absolutely above and beyond when I clicked the wrong dates to stay. I was on my way down to stay at Margaritas and let him know my issue about the dates. Benjamin took time out of his day (10pm till 11pm) to make sure everything worked out. The date got changed and my stay was fantastic. There’s no where else I would stay but with Benjamin’s property. He definitely puts the customer first and to me that is everything.
