「Unfortunately, the pool was under construction during our stay and unusable, but we didn't allow that to stop us. The beach was quite and relaxing, thus Westin has a family vibe and good for children. The staff was friendly. I do think they can do better at advertising the water and children's activities. The rooms were excellent and resturants too. Ferry service and crew were great too. Great stay for a family of 5!」

「The problems with this establishment are as following: communication with staff at the front desk is difficult. Due to their rudeness & inabilities to want to help the client. Also, house keeping does not clean your room unless requested. Requesting this was extremely difficult. Asking for clean towels was also difficult. I would not recommend this establishment. Many other issues not worth my time mentioning. We will not return.」

「Unfortunately, my experience at Playa Palmera was very disappointing. The staff member who assisted us with check-in seemed inexperienced and unprofessional, and was unable to answer our questions properly. The room had a faulty air conditioning unit, and he initially refused to change our room, insisting on sending a technician instead, despite other rooms being available. Additionally, my friends were charged a $15 electricity deposit for just one night. At checkout, he was reluctant to...
