"Love the place! It's pleasantly clean and spacious, and offers many amenities. The staff is super helpful and they know their jobs very well! The price is so good with such a place! The room looks exactly like the picture. It is just 10-minute walk from the nearest bus stop and around 17 minute drive from downtown. To the manager and staff, keep up the good work! "

"Had stayed at this location many times before. This time was under new ownership. Pleasantly surprised to find minimal changes in presentation and managing. The location is near several restaurants and shopping areas we like to visit, walking distance. Look forward to staying here again soon."

"We’ve been traveling lately with our two dogs and to keep from spending over $200/nt we’ve been staying in pet friendly budget hotels. This hotel was probably the best budget hotel we’ve ever stayed. We had a problem in our first room with a slight smell but they were very accommodating in moving us with no question. The room was very clean and comfortable and we liked that there were hard floors. Pretty decent free breakfast too"

"Near a Kroger Walgreens restaurants at walking distance and near by parks to take kids if you have any. It was excellent 👍 no construction while we were there April 28. Front staff was accommodating and hears one out! Breakfast space was very decorated and food was an okay variety. Will come back again when in Houston "
