My husband was inrubated and had a surgery, the shuttle driver, was in a big hurry picking everyone up and she was driving excessively fast and slamming on her brakes, i almost fell out of my seat several times. She was complaining about everyone was calling her and wanting to go somewhere or to be picked up and that she was working for tips. I didnt feel like she needed a tip driving like that with elderly people and complaining like she did. It was like she was mad at everything and everyone. She was not professional.

The place was great the pool was fun. Kids loved it. And breakfast was delicious. But my room was a bit dusty and had dead small bugs by the tv and lamp. They had not wiped down the tv stand. Over all everything was perfect.
