Great spot for families and friends. Very safe with lots to do and great places to shop and eat. The staff was extremely helpful. I called after our stay with a question about my bill and it was handled immediately and graciously. We definitely will return

The room was very nice. The hotel remodel was attractive. I like using a key card to access the hotel floors. The $20.00 beverage/food allowance is appreciated. Room 1029...the hot water took forever, wasting tons of water in the shower and sink. Perhaps it needs to be checked out?
