Everything was nice I just didn’t like the $23 fee that is tacked on and you HAVE to pay it in either food to the room or you just paying $23 there’s no way around it… also $70 a night for valet parking is RIDICULOUS!!

This has been our 3rd stay here and it was a bit disappointing this time, room lacked cleanliness, check in is 3pm I arrived almost 4pm and room was not ready, bedding had holes and didnt look clean!

The worst stay ever! The cleanning staff never showed up, we had to change rooms as the room service wouldnt even pick up trays from the night before. They even charge a luxury property fee that is ridiculous as they cant even change towels or pick up food trays.
