"I often have to travel to Redmond for business. I’ve never been happy with where I’ve stayed so I tried out a new place this time and it was lovely. The staff was amazing. I love the coffee shop in the lobby. Great breakfast. Lots of restaurants around that are able to DoorDash. It was absolutely lovely, my only complaint being somebody who travels with quite a bit of luggage is that there were no drawers and really nowhere to hang up stuff. "Really loved the rooms of this property! It was clean and the check in was smooth. They even have plenty of coffee and tea and set out some breakfast items which was very thoughtful. The only complaint I have is that the room above us every night got in late and stomped around for 2 hours and was moving furniture at midnight. I called the front desk at around 10pm and I told them what was happening and whoever it was seemed annoyed I let them know. And it really didn’t stop for another hour."

"I wish the condition of the rooms and the outside areas were as fantastic as the staff. Piles and piles and piles of dog poop everywhere. There is a designated "Dog Area" with an empty poop bag station. It was awful, I could not take my dog in there without stepping in some other dogs poop. Same in all other common areas, on top of bushes, in the rocks, on the curb... Yuck, not a poop bag in sight. I used my own but it looked like no one else had in months! I was in a "Dog friendly" room, so...

The mattress is one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on, the fireplace in our room is wonderfully relaxing and calming, and the room is half again the size of most hotel rooms.
