「I arrived early for check in and for some reason my reservation I made on expedia didn't register in their system. They quickly investigated and when they couldn't provide the room I had booked they gave me a free upgrade to a really nice suite. The view of the mountains was amazing, I enjoyed the in-room facilities like the kitchenette, shower, coffee and French press, and sitting area. It was quiet and the bed was really comfortable. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful.」

「The hallway toward our room had a large trash receptacle inside the hallway by the entrance. It smelled terrible and was left there all night. The hallway needed to be vacuumed and there was only one bath towel in our room. When I checked out there was an additional $48 dollars for “Destination fees’ that were never mentioned at check in. The river view was nice and their restaurant was excellent. However, we will rebook our next trip to Bend Oregon with the Marriott Hotel resorts instead....

「Trip to Crater Lake this was a stop on the way. Close to restaurants, room was clean and had a/c. Easy access to continue trip. Just what we needed.」

「The building is obviously old, but it's been kept up on pretty well. It has a great vibe, and is very nicely set up for just hanging out with friends or getting to know others. Wish I was able to stay for a few more days- maybe next time.」
