「I arrived early for check in and for some reason my reservation I made on expedia didn't register in their system. They quickly investigated and when they couldn't provide the room I had booked they gave me a free upgrade to a really nice suite. The view of the mountains was amazing, I enjoyed the in-room facilities like the kitchenette, shower, coffee and French press, and sitting area. It was quiet and the bed was really comfortable. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful.」

「If you’ve stayed at one My Place, you’ve stayed at them all! They are very consistent with their branding and standards, which are crisp and clean. I always enjoy staying at My Place for the convenience of the large fridge and freezer combo and the microwave. However, I do wish they stocked the kitchenettes with basic cooking tools. Other hotels with kitchenettes do, but I also understand it can cause more work for housekeepers and opportunities of theft. It’s just a pain to have a kitchenette...

「The room was clean and accommodating. The staff was very nice and the pool was perfect temperature. Parking was ample and provided easy loading & unloading of our vehicle. Refrigerator/freezer worked great and was whisper quiet. Rooms were recently updated and towels were nice and fluffy. I would recommend this place highly.」

「I was in town because a family member was in the hospital. The staff were very helpful cleaning the room when I was out so I could stay in the room and relax between odd times I did not need to be at the hospital. Breakfast was more than adequate and I'll admit that the cookies at the desk helped too since I missed a few meals to stay at the hospital.
