「Carpet in the room was very wet in one spot and never dried, there were holes in the screen door to the porch, dingy looking room, extremely weak water pressure and shower did not get hot enough. Housekeeping by request only but when I called the phone rang for more than five minutes and no one answered. The hot tub was filled half way only and was cloudy.」

「This was our first time staying at the ranch. Staff were friendly, and the place itself was very well maintained. There were a couple of downsides to our stay and hope the resort hears our concerns. When we got back to our room there was no parking available near our cabin. It would be nice to be given at the very least 1 designated spot per rental. The other issue we had is going to the Ranch House for brunch and there wasn’t enough staff to properly accommodate the people coming in to dine. We...
