「Staff was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we walked in. Newer facility and it was kept very clean, including the pool and hot tub. Staff working the breakfast buffet was also great. Hot tub was exactly what the doc prescribed afyer a long day on Mt Bachelor. Please keep it up. 」

「We found out where the elevator was after we had gotten our luggage up to our room and into the room. Weren't told the hours for breakfast at checkin either. Floor above us had loud running from 730-930pm.」

「Good room size for family and pet. But the service is not satisfied. I asked for some tea bags for three times, finally they sent me the tea bags after 15 hours. 」
