"It was a Great hotel! In the middle of everything! Great staff!"

"The bed was very hard. The pillows were Very Hard!!! The picture of the food from websight was misleading and that's an understatement. Other than that ut was a great stay. I will go back again with my own pillows."

"The front desk girl that helped us was super sweet and helpful. Didn’t love that i didn’t know about the 40 dollar pet fee until we got there. They didn’t see the note we had left on the booking site. Our room was a little far from everything offered on site. Overall not a bad stay room was fairly quiet and the bed was nice. "

"Walls were a little thin in bedroom area. Should have a door between living room and bedroom for privacy. We were in a almost 2 bedroom with living room and with a loft bedroom. Very nice and updated. Clean and had a awesome steak at the restaurant in the lobby. Had a good breakfast options. We would definitely stay there again. Very friendly staff."

"I often have to travel to Redmond for business. I’ve never been happy with where I’ve stayed so I tried out a new place this time and it was lovely. The staff was amazing. I love the coffee shop in the lobby. Great breakfast. Lots of restaurants around that are able to DoorDash. It was absolutely lovely, my only complaint being somebody who travels with quite a bit of luggage is that there were no drawers and really nowhere to hang up stuff. I wish there were more drawers or options to put your...

"We have stayed here several times and the location is excellent. This last time there were greasy handprints on the headboard, stains on the pillowcases, and a malfunctioning shower head. They charge $75/night for a dog and $12/night for parking, both of which seem a bit excessive. "

The mattress is one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on, the fireplace in our room is wonderfully relaxing and calming, and the room is half again the size of most hotel rooms. "This is a great property that I have been to in the past given its closeness to Mt Bachelor and other natural wonders in the Bend area. It’s new restaurant was good but understaffed and it no longer has a breakfast place as it once did."

"We appreciated the large kitchen and proximity of parking to our door. No long walk down a dark hall. Great location close to downtown and the river. Would have been great if the heat was on in the room prior to check in (it was close to freezing and took a bit to warm up). Appreciated the pup friendly items and the coffee/tea/cocoa in the kitchen. "
