Everything was very nice, the only thing to be aware of is the hotel doesn’t have an elevator so if you don’t do stairs make sure to request a ground level floor. Odd there is no elevator. 「It is centrally located, designed thoughtfully with all the amenities you could need, very clean, and the staff is great. It is within steps of great restaurants (Ski Inn Taphouse Hotel included) and stores, and a short drive to other destinations (Bend, Redmond). Definitely recommend - and will stay again in the future. Thank you for such a great experience! 」

「We’ve enjoyed this property for 2 years now. Rooms are good size and love having ground floor to just walk on over to the pool. The breakfast was an added bonus (and the sweet Alpaca farm adjoining the place). “Best” Best Western we’ve stayed by far.」

「I loved this hotel except one thing... there is a gap at the bottom of the door and there are vinyl floors... Just saying, at least one of the couples staying there last night probably thought they were a little more private than they were... Inside the room things were very quiet and could not hear your neighbors... but from the hall? Well let's just say you could hear everything.」

「Absolutely wonderful experience! Front desk staff amazing! Be staff superb! Upper terrace a delight especially at sunset! Delicious food at dinner. Rooms well kept and appointed. Will absolutely stay here again!」

「Overall I think you should hire a couple like my husband and I to go into your Wyndham properties in grade them for you.on all levels it's a semi remodeled motel 6 room the third stories windows open all the way which is unsafe, TV was small and couldn't hear it very well my husband is handicapped, we having a motorized wheelchair the third floor was thank goodness accessible the room was right across from the elevator. us we were stayed in room 307 the bed that we slept in was at the corner was...
