「We had a wonderful time our cabin was comfortable, clean and cozy. A classic cabin in the woods!」

「Room was clean. On site staff was pleasant and helpful. Only issue I had was trying to call the Inn directly. Like so many hotels now it's difficult to get someone on the phone at an actual hotel. I called twice and regarding a late check in and to verify a reservation since I had not received a confirmation email. Both times I was quickly transferred to "someone" else. One was a voicemail several states away and the other was AI that was useless. Overall good affordable stay for a quick night...

「The room is an old room but clean and we needed a room with 3 queen beds and the price was very reasonable. We had plenty of nice hot water and the heater in the room worked so we were comfortable. The person in the office is very friendly and helpful.」

「Such a great stay for our trip to Smith Rock! The urth was so clean, fresh, and warm for our arrival late in the evening. Shower was hot and the bed was soo comfy after a day of hiking. We slept so well with the window open and the air smelling of juniper and sage. We went out for dinner at the nearby Sandbaggers bar and had breakfast there the next morning. Such a fantastic place to stay, quiet, clean and comfortable, five stars!!」

「I ordered the “celebration” package for an extra 50$ And was expecting a bottle of champagne (based upon the picture) flowers, and local cupcakes. I got the cupcakes, (cool), no flowers, and two glasses-ish of sparkling prosecco in splits. When I spoke to the front desk, they acknowledged I should have had flowers, and stated “I’ll see what I can do”… I was very disappointed. It was me and my gf’s anniversary and that was pretty amateurish. I did get the flowers, (hours late) which was nice,...

「The view from our room was stunning, as was the entire property. The staff were all very warm, welcoming, and very helpful. This was a great alternative to enjoying the Bend area since we usually stay in-town. Juniper Preserve was a lovely spot to treat ourselves! Very serene. 」
