「I accidentally booked my stay 1 day off, I immediately reached out to Hotels.com they said it would be up to the property they could not change my reservation. After a couple days I reached out to them again and they sent an email saying they were very sorry but after several attempts the property would not return an email. I reached out to the property and shared the email I had from Hotels.com it turns out Hotels.com had not sent any emails to the property the staff at Ponderosa were very kind...

「Always great experience at Eagle Crest-now if we would make time to do all the fun things that comes with our stay….but we are always welcomed, treated well, questions answered, and our pets are usually wit us, making it easy travel with! 」

「I had a short stay to do some bike riding and racing in the area. The room was simple and clean. It was super affordable and the location was perfect. Front desk staff was really friendly and helpful—even though I arrived late for check in. I’ll go back.」

「The room was very large with log cabin features that were sisters appropriate for her sisters nice touches of having a coffee maker with coffee Keurig and a refrigerator. I didn’t use but happy to have. I only stayed one night but you know for the price I think it was great maybe just the carpet was a little worn and there were dings in the wall but if that’s not a big deal to you then know it was a great day and I was happy to be there. 」
