"Our room was dirty and needs a major overhaul. The mattress covers were filthy and looked like they hadn’t ever been washed. It felt unsafe and overall looked like something from a horror movie. We ended up booking a different hotel and ate the booking fee for The Hub. Don’t stay here, especially as women traveling. "
"Bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean. Furniture dated and dusty, carpets need to be cleaned. Overall it was suitable for our quick stop night stay as the price was good. Staff was very friendly, pool was nice. "

"Very nice property, amazing amenities and lots of fun stuff to do. Really enjoyed the pools, pickleball court and grounds. Did not appreciate being accused of my kids being nosy while we were eating dinner in our room. "
"Recommend it to anyone. Also try out the SPA the therapist was very good, get the deep tissue massage and CBD facial it was excellent. The only thing that could be improve a little was the pool is kinda cold. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I wish the place has more food options. I recommend ppl to bring some snacks and drinks specially if u have kids or want some snacks after swimming and at night time. "
