「This place was unexpectedly great. It’s only a few years old but it’s been well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The gym is very well equipped. The pool, while small, is nice and not overly chlorinated. And the free breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and a great alternative to the much higher priced spots in Bend.」

「Friendly staff, clean rooms, and an easy walk to the Fairgrounds! We stayed in a double queen room with a kitchen and had a creek view. It was a great room with two TVs, a couch, desk, and double sinks. It was perfect for a girls weekend! Thank you to the super friendly front desk staff :)」

「We booked for an additional night and the lady at the desk initially said we had to exit our room and move to another since we booked through Expedia. They only do housekeeping every other day and the website says there is a spa, nope. They closed it and filled it in 2019. They need to update the website.」

「The room was clean. The hotel was definitely outdated. The breakfast consisted of cereal, oats and bananas. Yogurt and milk were an extra charge. Location was convenient and you couldn't hear the highway much」

「Bed bugs. Tried to get a refund, and was hung up on twice. I called Deschutes County Health Department. Avoid this place at all costs.」

「The property was beautiful. If you enjoy golf and other outside activities you will not be disappointed. We were not able to use the the amenities since we were only there to sleep. I highly recommend visiting Smith Rock SP. Even if you don’t hike it’s an unbelievable place to see!」

「The check in was simple and easy. We were not told anything about WiFi password or ice. Only restaurant choice on night we got there was to order delivery which was $25 for a small slice of lasagna with a small slice of bread with an additional 20% fee and a $5 delivery charge- so $35 for a small cold piece of lasagna and no table to eat it at in the room. Only one chair as well so no place for my spouse to sit to eat. Patio was dirty and had not been cleaned off and same with all the cushions...
