「There was a lot of noise in the building, location was good, but the building is old and the rooms too.」

「Checking in, the lobby was a pig-sty. The room was adequate, air conditioner worked well and ample parking. I noticed the bathroom floor was wet. I figured housekeeping had just mopped it but that was not the case. The following day the bathroom floor and the carpet just outside the bathroom was flooded. 「Rooms were decent but we were disappointed to arrive and find out that the pool & hot tub was out of door due to construction . If we had known prior to booking we would’ve stayed elsewhere due to our little ones looked forward to it. When I arrived front desk said they couldn’t get ahold of me through my 3rd party being ( Expedia) .」

「The room itself was nice but for what I paid I expected more. This is supposed to be a 4 star resort but the amenities do not meet that bar. First the restaurants and spa have limited hours/operational day so not ideal for late night drinks or if you want a spa treatment on an off day. Also the door on the spa’s sauna was broken and I had to hold it closed in order to keep the steam in which was not conducive to relaxation. 「We were only there for one night, so that was fine. If you wanted to stay longer, I wouldn’t recommend unless you are a golfer. There wasn’t much to use to prepare meals, which we knew, which is why I wouldn’t stay longer. Otherwise, it was very scenic.」
