「The check in was simple and easy. We were not told anything about WiFi password or ice. Only restaurant choice on night we got there was to order delivery which was $25 for a small slice of lasagna with a small slice of bread with an additional 20% fee and a $5 delivery charge- so $35 for a small cold piece of lasagna and no table to eat it at in the room. Only one chair as well so no place for my spouse to sit to eat. Patio was dirty and had not been cleaned off and same with all the cushions...

「The manager was very friendly and helpful at check-in. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. There is a complete kitchen stocked with pots and pans and dishes etc, and unexpected surprise! Although the property seems a bit dated, it is well-maintained, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!」

「Room was dirty, eyelashes next to sink, coffee table looks like it had never been wiped clean, so much food, dirt and debris on edges. employee knocked and tried to come into room while I was in it but never checked log to see who was in room before trying to just come inside. doors to lobby did not open when I was walking inside stuck between the two automatic doors.」

「Checking in, the lobby was a pig-sty. The room was adequate, air conditioner worked well and ample parking. I noticed the bathroom floor was wet. I figured housekeeping had just mopped it but that was not the case. The following day the bathroom floor and the carpet just outside the bathroom was flooded. Obviously a pipe had broken and there was water everywhere. All the clothes in my suitcase were soaked, so had to wear the same clothes the next day. I only chose this hotel as it was the...

「Very overpriced for the age and condition of the hotel. Bend is an expensive area to visit but definitely worth paying the extra $20 to stay at a nicer place that is more up to date.」
