「Hot tub broken and pool was very cold. This is the 3rd time I'm a row useing expedia for reservation that the hotel we chose had a broken hot tub. I use you so I don't have to call the hotel for the reservation. If I have to call the hotel in advance to make sure the amenities are available what do I need expedia for?」

「My first Best Westen stay and I was very pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. I absolutely adored the Alpacas and the breakfast was great! When I first attempted to check in, I did encounter an employee (Jo) who made me feel very unwelcome and inconvenienced when I asked if it was possible to accommodate an early check in. I wasn’t expecting anything for free, I was more than willing to pay. She was dismissive and rude. I was actually nervous to come...
