「We had only 1 criteria for booking a stay which was it had to gave a pool and hot tub. We were in Bend to ride bikes. Post ride hot tub was a priority. When we get there the pool hot tube area was gated and required a pass key. The host provided no pass key. When confronted the host gave me a song and dance then suggested I flag someone inside the area to open the gate.We paid for a hot tub, we shouldnt have to act like dirtbag ski bums poaching a hot tub. Additionally the towels smelled rancid...

「The rooms were clean and the staff was nice. They had hot coffee, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, bananas, and pastries for breakfast. I would stay again.」

「The hotel was under construction, a burst water pipe, and because of the construction the room with two queens we reserved was not available so my wife and I and two teenagers had to share a king and a sofa bed with an extremely uncomfortable spring mattress. The paint fumes were also unpleasant. We were offered an unsatisfactory $20 discount at the hotel's convenience store. 」

「This Lodge was very good. Lodge checkin and lobby staff fantastic. Restaurant was very disappointing. Hotel offers a shuttle service (sometimes) to Old Mill if they have staff. We used it one time on Friday and our driver Ranato was super pleasant. He gave great service. It was not available on Saturday, no staff. Parking fee is ridiculous since property has plentiful parking everywhere. Our spacious room was right on River and had balcony that was very nice. If we would have received better...

「A very good value for the price of a quick-stay room while we were in town for a memorial service at a nearby cemetery. Pool and exercise room (we did not use these, but they were available), and a very nice morning breakfast bar with lots of choices were included. It can be a little tricky to get to the parking lot or from US-97, as the highway has a center divider that blocks turns in one direction. Staff was friendly, parking ample, and the lot was clean.」

「The hotel is very clean, mattress was very comfortable, friendly staff, delicious food and it’s easy access to the main road. And from our room we were able to see the Mountain View. Parking was easy. We would definitely stay there again. When we return to visit. 」

「Guests next door had loud music at 3:00 am and awoken agin at 5:00 am to cigarette smoke , horrible place to stay when needing rest after working a 14 hour day 」
