「The staff are very enthusiastic, and both the bar and the restaurant are quite good. However, the sound insulation of the windows is very poor, so the sound of the subway outside is very clear. Additionally, the noise from the heating in the room is also quite loud. 」

「The front desk staff were extremely helpful after our room key would not work on our door! The staff helped us pack and change suites. Options were given to us on local restaurants, and we had some delicious pasta and sandwiches for some late night room service. We checked out the next morning. The rooms were comfortable although outdated. The beds were very comfortable. Two TVs were nice for a family. Would stay again!!! 」
