"The room we stayed in had been recently renovated and I think they did a great job with it. It was a very cute space. The cleanliness was about average or maybe slightly below. The room felt cleaned but there was a ton of hair on the shower drain as if they sprayed and rinsed the shower but did not wipe it out. The parking and location are fantastic. Right in the middle of everything. I was extremely disappointed to find the hot tub was closed though. I specifically booked this hotel so we could enjoy a nice evening sitting in the hot tub after our long motorcycle ride. But such is life. I would stay here again though I think the price may be a tad high for the rooms themselves, you are paying for the central location and not having to pay to park while you're there."

"While the hotel was very nice and the room was clean there were a few things that were less than satisfactory. After paying for “everything” online we were charged a $68 fee when checking in; $18 of that being for parking. Paying a parking fee is ridiculous to me after already paying $260 for the room itself. The additional $50 we were charged at check in was for god knows what. The food at the restaurant inside the hotel was very mediocre and overpriced. I wouldn’t mind paying $150 for a nice meal, but this was not that. Additionally, being charged $23 per person for breakfast is outrageous. Breakfast should always be included with your stay. The only complaint I have about the room is the pillows. Typically hotel pillows are super nice and firm, but their pillows were very soft and flimsy! You would need about 4 pillows to sleepy comfortably! Overall our stay was ok, but I wouldn’t book this hotel again for future visits. "

"Perfect location for Gatlinburg. Couch in room needs to cleaned or replaced. Otherwise room and service was excellent."

"It is a 5 star property! Fast and friendly front desk staff, great rooms, very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent with lots of variety and the grounds were impressive!"

"Bed was really hard & uncomfortable. Dining table was missing pieces under the legs to make it sit flat and they had folded paper stuck under it to help balance it. Poor design on the kitchen. Vent hood was way too low sticking out so every time you got something out of the fridge you hit your head. Both pools were empty and being worked on. Hot tub was outdated & full of sand. Was told I had to go down the street to the other property to get clean towels from laundry in the parking garage. Wont stay there again."

"I seldom complete reviews but the stark contrast between the attractiveness of this hotel and room (balcony, hot tub, fireplace) and the comfort of the mattress was stark. After hiking over 14 miles in the mountains, the mattress still felt like sleeping on the ground. I expect a better mattress from Hilton."

"Breakfast was fresh and warm. Parking was safe. Rooms were clean and towels and such were replenished as requested. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend family and friends . Thank you."
