"So so good. Went for the Deluxe harbour view. On level 11 due to taking our dog along. Not bad view but higher up would have been better. 33 levels in total. Room large and comfy. Bed so cushy. Foxtel on tv. Cute window seat. 24 hour room service is valuable. Robes and slippers provided, also love the midday check out. Dog bed, treats and water included for $150. Our dog and my boyfriend and I had a fantastic stay "

"The room was very small - with odd arrangement of shower and toilet in their own little closet- but had a great view . I was there on my own so it was fine . Coffee and food was excellent - although hard to get attention of the wait staff so you don't want to be in a rush over breakfast. I would recommend booking a larger room on the higher floors."

"Every year we host a national launch in the hotel. This time I decided to stay onsite and make my stay more comfortable. The room was wonderful and I had a lovely sleep with the block out blinds. Breakfast was also delicious and there was a lot to choose from. "

"Gorgeous hotel although the harbour view pool should be open later. It’s 6-6pm. The light switches are annoying as they have a blue light and my son struggled to stay asleep. So I had to turn everything off at PowerPoints and put pillows in front of them as it was lighting up the room. Breakfast was nice but could have more variety of hot food. Also, the restaurant needs more variety of food in the alacart. It was the same menu as in room dining. But overall a beautiful view and amazing view of...

"Good location to stay at if you need to get to the convention centre but, kind of out of the way for anything else. At first, The staff wouldn't honour the free breakfast each morning despite me showing the email confirmation that says i had breakfast included of which is why I booked the accommodation via wotif. "

"So close to everything!!! Darling Harbour and Circular Quay we walked multiple times to both! The staff was amazing the hotel was clean. No complaints at all. "
