"Comfy bed. Outstanding shower in room and coffee machine which seems to be less common these days. Really helpful and friendly staff. Work is going on in hotel but did not affect my comfort at all. Spa and gym classes were all booked up, I came on a whim so didn’t prebook anything. They fit me in for a facial which was outstanding. Infrared room tripped out and was only partially working, sauna was 90c so too hot to stay in. Pool was quiet and clean. Gym had all I needed. Only let down was the...

"This is probably the nicest IHG property I have stayed at for an airport hotel. It was so easy to get there from Terminal 2&3 by regular bus great food options and really nice staff. Sam who checked me in was a gem. I will most definitely be staying there again whenever I need a hotel at Heathrow. "

"Tired bedrooms and some stains on the mattress showing through to the bedsheets. Some areas needing to be deeper cleaned tops of curtains and some holes under desk area which have not been filled. No escalators from basement so if you have luggage be aware there are two flights of stairs to go up with your baggage. Positives, comfy bed and clean bathrooms and good service. "
