"We stayed exactly 15 hours, did not venture beyond the lobby and room so really can’t evaluate. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. "

"Stayed here with my family and it was a nice getaway. The amenities were great, the staff was helpful and quick to help with any issues. With that said, some issues we had was: - when we checked in to our room, we realized they had us at the second floor and that was troublesome with 2 toddlers and our luggage. - when we got into our room, we saw that there were multiple food/trash particles (raspberries, chips, bottle caps) in the crevices of the bed/fridge area. Paint chips were in the shower as well. They came and helped us to another room, bottom floor & helped with our luggage within 15 minutes of us calling them. - lastly, not a deal breaker, but if they knew we were traveling with kids, perhaps put us on the first floor or a building closer to a pool that’s not “adult pool.” (They have 3 pools and we were placed next to the adult pool, and had no idea it was even an adult pool until another guest had to tell us off) a bit annoyed, but luckily he was “nice” about it. Those were just some minor issues, and was happy that they took care of our room situation. Will be back again for the amenities. "

"So much potential but it’s super outdated. I loved the fun colors but everything seemed old. The hallways were giving motel vibes kinda sketchy. The rooms were decent cute aesthetics but could be so much better like this hotel can be so great with renovations. Food at the restaurant downstairs was not the best their had the tacos "

"The salt water pools were amazing! Pretty Striped Pool towels too! Walk to bars and restaurants. Air conditioning worked great on 115 degrees day. Staff helpful for uber tips and when room door locked jammed and they attended to it right away. Bedding super comfy too! Ice machines ran out but to be expected during spring break/hot days"

"We loved this property and will be back for sure! The villa was spacious, clean and had every little detail you can think of. Registration staff was very efficient, the hotel let us use the property amenities hours before our check-in as well as after checkout. Definitely fans! "

"Palm Spring experienced a March heatwave with temperatures up to 102f. Our suite was on the top floor and the aircon was inadequate to manage a reasonable room temperature so we slept very badly. A rather unsympathetic maintenance man, with his very pleasant assistant, visited and adjusted the vents. However, this just made things even worse. Finally, we were moved to a lower floor, and the temperature was OK. Not the sort of thing one expects from a 4star+ hotel at $400+ per night im Palm Springs which frequently endures these temperatures in the summer months. This is not our first stay at this hotel which is, in all other respects, absolutely outstanding with a wonderful pool area, sumptuously well- equipped gym .... I could go on!"

"Way overpriced for the state of this property. Cheap coffee in the room, not replenished daily. shower not really working. Restaurant terrible. If you like motel 6 this is a place for you"
