"Such a colorful fun hotel. "

"The property was well maintained for the most part and staff friendly. The rooms were dated and our sheets were old but not the end of the world. The blow dryer didn’t work in our room and I asked for another one, while they responded quickly, they brought a blow dryer that didn’t work so I then had to ask again. Pool was insanely cold. The biggest issue was their inability to explain why they put 5 different preauthorizations on my credit card totaling almost $1,000.00 when I had prepaid for the hotel and only authorized the $100 incidental charge. It was somewhat annoying and still hope they all fall off so I do not have to dispute. Overall, it’s an average hotel and clean, also in a prime location. It is not worth the price we paid but understand the increase due to Stagecoach. Would consider staying again if I needed accommodations in the area and price was lower."

"Bed was terrible springs were broken. The TV did not work although we were able to sign into our own streaming TV. Every time you select a movie it would say change HDMI cable. The air conditioning was horrific extremely loud. You could not sleep to it pillows feel like you were sleeping on rocks and they only provided two towels one hand towel one washcloth. We came in. We also found an empty water bottle on the ground so the room apparently had not been cleaned very well . Horrible hotel and not worth the money. "

"Plenty parking, pool with DJ was fun, good time to enjoy yourself for the weekend."

"Always an amazing and relaxing time at the Thompson Palm Springs. The stay is very helpful with great service, lots of stores and restaurants walking distance."
