Clean and spacious rooms. Amenities were great and food was delicious. We stayed for Coachella and they had delicious late night food available that was perfect after a long day at a festival. I would definitely stay here again!
Staff were great. Overall food at the pool was just ok

Staff at the resort were amazing. From the front desk staff to the life guards all were nice amd always had a smile on their faces. Not to forget helpful. The property was clean and very well kept. The rooms on the other hand were a bit dated
The bathroom definately needs some work done. Overall our stay was pleasant.
This property is perfect for families with kids, and nice for everyone. The food and drinks were pretty good by the pool. We got to see ducks and other birds. My son enjoyed bringing his tricycle and riding around the property. We will definitely return for a future Spring Break.

Pools were fun for the kids. Water quality by the end of the day was atrocious. Food was mediocre at the onsite restaurants
My whole stay was great! The room was spacious and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The restaurants were great. And I received a little welcome gift because I was on my baby moon :)
The room was clean, the staff was extremely friendly and the overall layout of the resort was fantastic. We had a great time just floating around on the lazy river.
We loved the property! Three pools and plenty of seating. The lazy river was a lot of fun. Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the cucumber water at the front entrance!
The rooms could’ve been a tad bit cleaner.. they were large and beautiful, but there was remnants of sunscreen, fingerprints on all the doors.
We loved staying there and will be back next year for sure:)
Room was clean and staff quickly addressed a plumbing issue in the bathroom. Housekeeping was also very good.
Highlight of our stay was the swimming pool, near by lazy river, and slides. Guards were friendly and helpful.

The rooms were very comfortable and of course everyone loved the pool area.
The first room we were given was very dirty and was also an ADA room which we did not request. We were not asked if we wanted this type of room. The hotel is generally old and okay for conferences but definitely not worth the price when compared with the Westin nearby. The outdoor gardens are well maintained and the hotel looks best at night when you can’t see the aging buildings and dreary exterior. We expected a lot more for the price.
